The Winnie Coopers
Back in '05 The Winnie Coopers were a couple of geeks going by the name of the Educator and DJ Webster. A serious fixation with 80's sit-coms and Kevin Arnold's squeeze led to a debut album, 'Being Different', on Starving Kids Records.
After a date with Ugly Duckling and a spot of high rotation on Triple J, things took off. The two became five, the touring started and and now they have a deal with Illusive.
The guys are currently working on their next album with Brisbane super-producer Magoo.
